NextMove is pleased to continue its collaboration with the 5 European clusters that were partners in the previous RECiPE4Mobility project: together with NextMove, RAI Automotive NL (Netherlands), Cluster Mobility&Logistics (Germany), Zone Cluster (Hungary) and Mobinov (Portugal) have decided to reconfirm their cooperation in a further European project aimed at strengthening our management skills, providing professional services to our ecosystems, and creating cross-sector European value chains in the mobility sector.
Building on the solid partnership already established by our 5 clusters, the REMOBILISE (REgrouping MOBILIty clusters to develop Skills and Exchange) project will continue the work already begun with its predecessor, but with even more ambitious objectives and an ever wider scope, to enable other European clusters to benefit from the methods and best practices developed by our consortium over the last two years of work.
Over the next 24 months, REMOBILISE will focus its activities on the theme of safe and sustainable urban mobility, aiming to achieve the following objectives:
By developing new skills, innovative services, competitive networks and resource-efficient solutions, clusters will better support the scaling up of European ecosystems and cities during the project and in the long term, notably by boosting the competitiveness of European SMEs.
A total of 15 cluster managers will be trained, enabling them to define appropriate strategies and implementation roadmaps at both cluster and partnership levels. 100 cluster members will benefit from tailor-made training sessions on working together in a sectoral ecosystem, building and managing collaborative projects, and EU funding opportunities.
On Friday February 18, the 5 partner clusters met in digital form for the project launch event: following an overview of all the activities planned within the framework of the project and the contributions expected from each partner, the focus was on the first half of the year and the various actions to be launched.
