With funding ranging from €75,000 to €500,000, the Innov'up Leader - France 2030 Île-de-France call for projects aims to support innovative projects, technological or otherwise, undertaken by SMEs and ETIs in the Paris Region with the potential to become major players in their sector. The aim of the aid is to finance part of the R&D operations.
For what type of project?
The projects proposed must be in line with the priorities of the Impact 2028 regional strategy for growth, jobs and innovation in the Paris Region and target the following sectors in particular:
- Aeronautics, space and defence,
- Agriculture, agri-food and nutrition, forestry,
- Automotive and mobility,
- Industry of the Future/Robotics,
- Energies of the future (including hydrogen),
- Digital (including quantum, cybersecurity, big data, high-performance computing, cultural and creative industries, digital infrastructures, artificial intelligence, internet of things, fintech, software, networks, smart grid),
- Health (including bioproduction, biotechnologies, medical devices, silver economy),
Who is eligible?
To be eligible for the scheme, companies must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be an SME or an ETI created at the time the application is submitted (have a SIRET number and be able to provide a K-Bis extract),
- Be an SME or an ETI located in the Paris Region (head office or secondary establishment carrying out its R&D there),
- Be in a sound financial situation and have sufficient equity or quasi-equity to carry out the planned project.
<Projects submitted by ETIs must fall within one of the following 5 themes:
<Future Industry/Robotics,
- Quantum,
- Cybersecurity,
- Hydrogen,
- Bioproduction, Health or any other industrial sector linked to a national acceleration strategy.
